Seed of History

CACAO AND ITS ANCESTRAL ROOTS
JUL 21-27, 2025

We live in a time when we frequently hear about ceremonial cacao and its rituals. But do we know the origin and roots of these ceremonies? Are we aware of the historical, cultural, and religious sources behind this boom of workshops and rituals surrounding cacao? . Talking about cacao means immersing ourselves in the history of the American peoples, soaking up culture and tradition, the flavors of the land, the work of farmers, and the glimmers of dreams in their eyes. The smell of fresh and fermented cacao evokes the memory of the communities that have planted this seed, full of stories, for generations under starlit nights, in the lands that cradle the history of those who care for it. Discussing ceremonial cacao is the perfect invitation to discover the roots of its fruit; it is to know its history. Drinking a cup of cacao embrace us in the vibrational energy and knowledge of those who plant, harvest, and process it.
The cacao classes were born from the call of several friends who wanted to learn about the rituality of cacao and its history.
